All members of our deer management have completed the recognised industry body (Deer Manangement Qualification) 'Deer Stalking Certificate' (DSC) qualifications. These qualifications require candidates to demonstrate their understanding of deer management principles and to show competence in legally, safely and humanely culling deer, and dealing with carcasses hygienically. This includes proving safe and accurate shooting.
Passing these courses also allows our group to legally certify wild game as fit for consumption, which means that we can provide excess venison into the food chain.
All members of the group are BASC members, which includes extensive Insurance:
